Since it doesn't seem to do anything in Jak X my theory was that it's a code for a different game. There was alot of cross promotion between Naughty Dog and Insomniac Games so maybe it works in Ratchet Deadlocked. Or maybe it works in one of the earlier Jak games. It also looks similar to the cheats you can input in CTR.
