Gwenlian.4781. I am running into an odd one. I was training my raptor canyon jumping and got it to 13% and it's stuck at that percentage. (I do have the 3 mastery points already waiting) I tried all kinds of jumps, over several canyons on different maps, but no luck. I have no idea what I did differently to even get it up to 13%.
